Artwork Copyright

 

Important copyright information – Susan Murray retains Copyright of ALL artworks produced and these may be reproduced by the Artist for advertising purposes only. Susan will also post work in progress and final pictures of the artwork on her Facebook page and website.

 

Any photographs you wish Susan to work from must have permission from the photographer, either professional or Amateur, before commencement of the artwork. Should you choose any of Susan Murray’s own photographs, the Copyright of the original photograph and Artwork remains with Susan Murray and must not be reproduced for your own monetary gains, however Susan Murray may choose to reproduce the Artwork as prints for sale. All Artworks produced by Susan Murray cannot be reproduced in any way without express permission from the Artist.

 

Payments

 

A 25% booking fee is required before commencement of the commission ( followed by the final 75% after clarification of the final image. Outstanding balances are to be paid upon completion of the piece, before the item is mailed out. Please read out T & C’s page before ordering.

 

Postal Charges

 

Each piece may be subject to Postage and packing charges (unless otherwise stated). Each package will be sent with a tracking number for you to keep updated with the delivery progress.

 

For UK deliveries: If you require a Saturday delivery, there will be an excess charge to pay which will be priced on size & weight of package over and above the £12, (This is due to Post Office Saturday delivery charges).

 

Please make sure you check your package and item for damage before signing for the Goods as this may invalidate a claim should the item be found damaged after signing as undamaged goods received.

 

If the item is damaged, please send photographic evidence of the artwork and the packaging as soon as possible. The Artwork should be sent back to Susan unless otherwise stated and a repair or replacement will be completed. Details on return postage will be provided by Susan, so please do not post it without confirmation first.

 

Refunds Policy

 

Each commission will need to be approved by yourself on completion. A final image is either posted via this website or Susan’s Facebook page or a proof copy will be sent to you via E-mail before posting. If there are any problems or the Artwork requires any changes, they must be stated BEFORE the item is posted out as once the piece is received by yourselves postage cost to return the Artwork back and forth to make further changes, will be your responsibility and costs will not be covered by Susan herself. There is also the increased chance of the Artwork being damaged in the transit.

 

The Artwork will not be sent out until acceptance by the Commissionee has been given and full payment has been made.

 

If, on receipt of your commission, you no longer require the piece, you must return it to Susan in the original packaging it came in. (return delivery charges will not be covered by Susan Murray) 90% of the payment will be retained by Susan Murray due to time taken to produce and material costs. Susan may then use the piece for promotional purposes and or prints.

 

 

 

Photoshoots

 

If clients are struggling to take good quality, clear photos of their pets, or simply would rather have a professional do it, I may be able to visit for a photoshoot (local clients within a 50 mile radius only). There will be a charge based on mileages which we would discuss before meeting. Please email me for details.

 

Photographs you send me

 

Will be kept confidential and will never be displayed online without your consent. I do not share your photos with any third party.

 

Personal Data Consent

 

Your Details: All contact disclosure to me will be kept entirely confidential and only used for accounting, invoicing and delivery purposes. I do not disclose this information to any third party unless required to do so by law.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Are available for both whole or part portraits (part portraits to be made up to full cost). They cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase. Any voucher that is unused beyond its expiration date will be void
