Please be aware that artwork may be subject to import taxes applied by your country.  This sum is usually collected before the item is released to you and is extra to the cost of the artwork. 

This does not apply to Mainland UK 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Susan on receipt of your item stating your request for a replacement or refund, returning the item/s within 14 days of delivery. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging, and any refund will made using the same payment method used for your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. Faulty/damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item is sent out.
