I want you to be really happy with your artwork. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I’ll help arrange a return.
Once your return has been agreed, the item should be sent back promptly in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made using the original payment method once the item has been safely received.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If your order does arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the issue so I can put things right. In these cases, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.
