All prints will be shipped unmounted, rolled in protective paper in a strong cardboard tube - this helps to ensure they arrive with you safely.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Susan on receipt of your item stating your request for a replacement or refund, returning the item/s within 14 days of delivery. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging, and any refund will made using the same payment method used for your order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged. Faulty/damaged items will be replaced, not refunded and must be returned before a replacement item is sent out.
